Returns

 

We will gladly accept your return on regular priced merchandise for a Papion gift certificate, within 7 business days of receiving your order along with your return authorization number (RA#). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

 

Non-returnable items include: Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.

Please note all returns received not in original condition will be refused and shipped back to the sender at the sender`s expense.

 

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return!  

Please follow the steps below to make a return,                                                                 

 

• Email us at info@papion.ca with the following information:
  Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number. 
• Once we receive this email, we will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#)
• This RA# is required for packages being returned by mail.
• No package will be processed without an RA#.
• Make sure item(s) are securely packaged.
• Make sure that there is no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
• Use a trackable, pre-paid and insured shipping method through Canada Post, USPS or your local postal service provider.
• We cannot accept COD packages. 
• Include your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the return label.

Please note: 

• Papion is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
• Gift-Certificate are non refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in a form of Papion Gift Certificate. 

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date packaged received for processing.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE ISSUED!
