Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 3pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

Shipping options and rates

All PAPION packages are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 1 business day after placing your order for processing.

• FREE standard shipping on orders over $200 within Canada 
• $15 flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $200 within Canada
• $25 flat rate express shipping on all orders within Canada
• FREE standard shipping on all orders over $300 within U.S. 
• $15 flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $300 within U.S.
• $50 flat rate express shipping on all orders within U.S.
• $30 flat rate on all International orders over $500 
• $65 flat rate on all International orders under $500
• In any event an item is returned PAPION is not responsible for mailing the package out again, customer must arrange shipment for the item
